About us
Lekki British Junior is organised into 8 classes; Nursery, Reception and Years 1 to 6. Each class has its own dedicated teacher with teaching assistants in the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 [what’s this?]. The teacher-student ratio is 1:20 and the children are grouped according to the British National Curriculum Year Groups.
Our students are encouraged to develop self-discipline through a combination of respect, reason and responsibility. The school reinforces positive behavior at all times and praise and recognition of the children's achievements are celebrated at every opportunity.
